bobby motamed is the founder of mindhouse learning and a chief elearning & development consultant with two decades of experience wearing many hats across many client projects, working with organizations both big and small, domestic and international.


in 1999, coming from a communications and film background, he joined an elearning toronto start-up called isopia, became their foremost solutions specialist and subsequently assisted in their acquisition by sun microsystems (now oracle). at sun micro, he was a senior global elearning specialist until accepting the role of senior consultant and assistant director of the information technology education centre (itec), near zurich, switzerland. tm newmedia was his home located in beautiful victoria, british columbia, where he worked in the capacity of senior consultant and business development manager. finally, for several years until recently he was the senior elearning specialist at the british columbia lottery corporation.
through it all, since 2007 he has been consulting independently under the brand of mindhouse working with talented partners to provide custom elearning consulting to meet each client's unique needs.

chris murphy a 15 year professional in traditional classroom training, academic education and managing learning centers. chris specialized in educational consulting, edu-publishing, developed curriculum for the vancouver schoolboard during his 11 year engagement, and has a passion for blended learning working across north america, asia and the u.k. chris has been a university instructor since 2015 and has designed assessments and evaluations for learning criteria for vsb and kwantlen polytechnic university.

as a member of the vesta executive committee and the current chair of the working and learning conditions committee, chris continues to help organizations gain a deeper understanding of the impact of education in advancing agile learning communities and impacting organizational bottom line.

when servicing education clients, chris assists in the design of blended learning programs, developing curriculums and classroom training solutions to accompany mindhouse’s digital training design & development.

mindhouse has partnered with shawn serdar and the pacific producers group, vancouver’s video and multimedia producers of choice, deliver full video and multimedia services to meet your communication needs with several joint projects under their belt. video learning assets can be key to online self-paced learning, stimulating the senses and creating a more immersive experiential learning experience.

mindhouse has also partnered with the innovative partners across north america to provide virtual reality (VR), 3d simulation, and augmented reality (AR) to clients with true complex, state of the art and immersive learning needs.

our parnters develop high quality communication, anayltics and learning solutions, integrate the latest technologies including augmented reality, simulation, games and video storytelling, to transfer information in a format that is engaging, immersive and entertaining. our partners have developed learning technologies for defence primes, oil & gas, liquid natural gas (LNG) education, and private industries.
