x1) referrals and introductions leading to new projects and work lead to high commissions / finders fees. furthermore, x2) the lead generator affiliate then receives first right of refusal for contract work on the project if additional support is required, which most projects do. this program allows affiliates to benefit both from lead generation, from a simple introduction, as well as ongoing new project client-work.
