dedutch academy is an on-brand, innovative learning center where a traditionally high-turn-around restaurant vertical staff learner base can track, organize and launch online orientation courses and continuiing learn-as-you-work education.
ecourses range from new hire courses, existing staff refreshers, stage (front of house) and heart (back of house) orientations, general dedutch orientation for all staff, menu ordering training (pos), and kitchen how-to videos from chopping to dicing to general equipement maintanence.
