the bird construction safety training series is a hybrid of self-paced interactive content and video instruction designed to automate new hire safety training and refreshers, converting extensive classroom training to efficient succinct immersive and enjoyable asynchronous online learning and blended with mentorship and reporting to make sure employees are on track, saving time and man hours.
the new training series is being built to be seamlessly delivered on bird’s current learning system and then will be migrated to their new learning management system in 2019.
